Day 1: Arrival in Guwahati/Shillong(airport) – Transfer to Guwahati

  • Arrive at Guwahati airport; our representative will meet you.
  • Drive to Guwahati city,we will stop at Kamakhya Temple one of the most revered and significant Hindu temples dedicated to the goddess Kamakhya, a form of Shakti.
  • Check into your hotel and relax.
  • Overnight Stay at Guwahati city.

Day 2:Guwahati - Tezpur

  • After breakfast, drive to Tezpur
  • Visit Nameri Forest. Check in hotel for night rest.

Day 3: Tezpur – Dirang enroute Bomdila

  • After early morning breakfast move towards Dirang enroute sightseeing at Bomdila – monastery & view Point.From there move towards Dirang & check in hotel. Rest for the night. People can visit nearby kiwi garden in the valley.

Day 4:Sela Pass - Tawang Tour

  • Morning after breakfast check out from hotel visit Dirang Monastery followed with Hot Spring falls enroute Baisakhi Camp reach SELA PASS, after that lunch at Nura Tuskar Point & reach evening in hotel at Tawang.
  • Night stay at Tawang.

Day 5: Tawang Tour

  • After breakfast visit Tawang Monastery's famous seventeenth-century Tawang Monastery, also known as Galden Namgyal Lhatse which overlooks the wide Tawang Valley at a height of 10,000 ft. The monastery is a vast complex of 65 buildings housing Lamas and antique scriptures written in gold letters and ancient scripture, images and has an eight-meter-high gilded Buddha statue. It is the largest monastery in the Himalayan region and the second oldest monastery in Asia. Five hundred lamas live in its residential buildings and it is rich in. Later visit Urgeling Gompa, the 6th Dalai Lama’s birthplace who is the only Indian to have risen to such a high position in the Gelupka Sect of Buddhism. Inside the monastery, several Stupas (Vihar) and people from all walks of life visit this place during the Buddhist New Year to get the blessing for the coming year. Then proceed to the War Memorial which is dedicated to the martyrs of the 1962 Sino-Indian war. The memorial is 40 feet high and is like a stupa in design. It is locally called ‘Namgyal Chortan’. The names of 2420 martyrs are imprinted in gold on 32 black granite plagues. You can also visit the craft center in Tawang sells beautiful masks, hand-woven carpets, jewelry in silver, coral, and amber, ‘chubas’ the local dress, and delightful affordable mementos. Day 6:Bumla Pass - PTSO Lake - Maduri Lake - War Memorial Show

  • Morning day starts with Bumla pass, PTSO lake & Maduri lake sightseeings. Back to hotel by evening & visit Tawang War Memorial and Show.

Day 7 :Tawang Monastery - Jaswant Garh War Memorial – Bomdila

  • Morning after breakfast check out from hotel & visit Tawang Monastery - The largest monastery in India and second largest in the world after the Potala Palace in Lhasa, Tibet. After that move towards Nuranang Falls (JANG FALLS). After a lovely view of this waterfalls move to Jaswant Garh War Memorial enroute Sela Pass & reach Bomdila by evening. Check in hotel & rest for the night

Day 8:Bomdila – Guwahati

  • Morning after breakfast Journey from Bomdila to Guwahati For Departure .
