Welcome to Y J Tours Travels. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before booking any services with us.

Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Y J Tours.
• A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• Full payment must be made before the start of the tour.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation:

• 30% of the advance will be refundable if cancelled more than 15 days before the trip.
• 50% of the advance will be refundable if cancelled more than 30 days before the trip.
• The advance will be non-refundable if the trip is cancelled within 7 days of the departure date.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in our packages. We highly recommend that all clients purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of belongings.

Liability

Y & J Tours shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from any booking, service, or event related to our tours. Clients participate at their own risk.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
