Cancellation Policy
At Y J Tours, we strive to provide the best travel experiences. However, we understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy:
Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellation made more than 30 days prior to departure: 50% of the advance will be refundable.
- Cancellation made 15-30 days prior to departure: 30% of the advance will be refundable.
- Cancellation made less than 15 days prior to departure: The advance will be non-refundable.
Important Notes:
- All cancellations must be made in writing via email or our contact form.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after cancellation confirmation.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government regulations, etc.), our management reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary without prior notice. In such cases, no refunds will be made.
